Please contact me before opening a payment dispute — I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
We strive to provide high-quality educational content and personalized guitar coaching. Because many of our products and services are digital or customized specifically for each customer, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Personalized Coaching Services
Services such as Technique Analysis, Improvement Programs, and Monthly Coaching are personalized specifically for you.
Because work begins shortly after your purchase and feedback is created individually, refunds are generally not available once work has started or feedback has been delivered.
3. Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable guides, practice materials, PDFs, and video courses, are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the product has been delivered.
4. If You Have Not Yet Submitted Your Materials
If you purchase a personalized feedback service but do not submit the required materials within 7 days of your purchase, you may contact us to discuss your order.
Refund requests in these circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or made a payment by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.
Verified duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded promptly.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing a purchased digital product or receiving your service, please contact us first.
We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue before considering any other solution.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we may review individual cases involving exceptional circumstances and, where appropriate, offer a refund, credit, rescheduling, or another reasonable solution.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
